Shipping information

In-house designs: All of our in-house designed bodysuits, tees, and blankets are hand printed and hand-finished to order in the USA, and require a 4-5 day production time. Our hospital bags are handmade to order and ship worldwide from China.  

Ready to wear: Our ready to wear items require a 2-5 day processing time and orders from US customers are shipped from the US. If you're ordering from outside the US, your order will ship from one of our warehouses in the US, Australia, Europe or Asia depending on where you're ordering from, our inventory levels and shipping times when you place your order. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive shipping confirmation via email (be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it). Shipping is handled by one of our partner couriers - USPS, DHL, UPS, and local post offices. 

Because some of our products are hand made to order or ship from different warehouses, you may get multiple packages per order. We make every effort to ship products as soon as possible. 



Delivery times will vary according to location, and are estimated here:

United States: 5-8 business days

Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 12-20 days

UK & Europe: 12-20 days

Central, & South America: 12-20 days

Asia & the rest of the world: 12-20 days

We cannot guarantee delivery times,and during high-volume periods, on very rare occasions, delivery may take up to 6 weeks. If your order has not arrived in 8 weeks, you will be eligible for a full refund. 


Return & Refund policy

We're devoted to making sure our customers, and babies are always happy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our Lifetime Love guarantee allows for a full refund if you are ever not delighted with our products. 

Just let us know what's wrong, and if we can't help, you can return your order for a full refund!

To be eligible for a refund, we must be able to verify your purchase. Once we've confirmed your purchase, you must return the item to us. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return. If the item is still in usable condition, we'll donate it to a local charity.  

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, contact our customer service team.

If you need to exchange something, contact our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days of processing (dependent on your card issuers policies). 

We strive for complete 100% satisfaction. If your item does not arrive within the promised 8 weeks, you will receive a full refund.  


Lost in transit? 

If your item does not arrive within the promised 8 weeks, you will receive a full refund. We are also happy to send you a replacement which may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered.
